According to the Federal Law # 152-FZ “About personal data” dated 27.07.2006 you give the company “Milamed” your consent to process your personal data: collection, systematization, storing, updating, use, transfer only for selling software in your name (as described below), blocking, depersonalization, elimination. The company “Milamed” guarantees privacy of received information. The data processing is done for effective fulfilment of orders, contracts and other responsibilities of the company “Milamed”.

If your personal data need to be provided to a rightholder, distributor or reseller of software for registering software in your name you agree to transfer of your personal data. The company “Milamed” guarantees that a rightholder, distributor or reseller of software protects your personal data according to this Policy for Privacy of Personal Data.

This consent concerns your following personal data: first and family name, e-mail address; post address for delivery of orders, contact phone number, payment details.

The period of validity for this consent is unlimited. You can withdraw it any time by sending a written notification to the following address: Business Centre “Sergo”, office 603, Monastyrskaya St. 61, Perm, 614015, Russia, noted with “Withdrawal of consent for personal data processing”.

Please be informed that a withdrawal of your consent for personal data processing implies removal of your account from Milamed’s internet site as well as elimination of your personal information in data processing systems of the company “Milamed”. It means that you will not be able to use the Milamed’s online services.

In the framework of this agreement you guarantee that you provide complete and valid data and this provision does not violate the laws of the Russian Federation as well as legal rights and interests of third persons. All provided data is provided by you personally.

This agreement is valid through all the period of personal data storage unless other conditions are stipulated by the laws of the Russian Federation.
